About TouchIllumina

TouchIllumina is led by Touch Productions' Chief Executive Malcolm Brinkworth and Illumina Digital's Managing Director Andrew Chitty. The joint venture is used to develop ideas that incorporate true cross platform solutions.

TouchIllumina has five projects in development, the first of which will be an as-yet-unnamed BBC show. The BBC project will employ video content, community elements, interactive applications and social networking.

Over the next few months TouchIllumina will be announcing a number of exciting projects and commissions that exploit well-established programming brands

"Touch has been planning a digital strategy for some time", said Malcolm Brinkworth. "We were looking for a partner who had an established track record and who really believed in developing innovative and fresh content. The development slate of joint projects that has emerged is very exciting and ambitious. Our first project is for the BBC but there are discussions with other broadcasters already under way".
