
Andrew is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and for the presentation of the company to key clients and partners and in industry and stakeholder forums. Andrew also takes a role in the creative development of key Illumina projects and is MD of TouchIllumina Ltd, the multiplatform joint venture company with Touch Productions. Andrew is a Board member of TRC Media in Glasgow (formerly The Research Centre) and a past board member of Skillset. He is currently Chair of the National Skills Council for Digital Media and an advisor on the creative industries to the Technology Strategy Board.
Davie leads Illumina Digital's interaction design and software development studio, devising and managing the successful user-centred design process behind Illumina's many award winning e-content projects. It is Davie's responsibility to ensure that Illumina has the right mix of technical and design skills to deliver projects across the whole range of digital platforms. He was nominated for a TV Craft BAFTA in 2007 as Best New Media Developer. Davie is a regular guest lecturer at Middlesex University and has validated their Film Production and Technical Arts degree, he has also guest lectured at Goldsmiths College, the RCA and Birkbeck College, University of London.
Hilary is responsible for operations and project management within Illumina Digital. Hilary is also a highly experienced Executive Producer of large online projects particularly in the learning sector, ranging from the award-winning Cliffhanger Studios language learning resource to complex cross-media resources and digital tools to support teachers and trainers in their professional development. Hilary writes articles on the use of technology in education for a number of publications under her maiden name, Hilary Ellis.
Claire is heading up the new Illumina Scotland office in Glasgow. She is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and the development of new business in Scotland. Claire joins Illumina from Scottish development agency Scottish Enterprise where she was responsible for developing and delivering key digital media projects for the sector in Scotland. Previously she developed the interactive media strategy and services for producers trade body Pact and was managing director of Moonstone International.
